Note: In 1965, records from the various miscellaneous sources were combined into one series to avoid having to look in many indexes for events abroad. This is called Births, Marriages, and Deaths Abroad from 1966 (listed under Abroad in table above). The fact that consular death indexes go up to 1994 seems to contradict this report. Perhaps these are the Abroad from 1966: Deaths indexes somehow missing from the fiche reported (but there doesn=t seem to be enough...).
